Patti to appear at the LaBelle Community Football League Championship

The LaBelle Community Football League holds its national championship game at 2 p.m. Sunday at Crenshaw High School.

The Foothill Firehawks (18-0) square off against the Philadelphia Panthers (14-3) at 2 p.m. in the title game. The LCFL, one of the nation’s largest minor leagues, is sponsored by singer Patti LaBelle, who is expected to make an appearance.

Admission is $15 and the first 200 fans will receive a free LCFL souvenir towel.
